By accessing or using Out of 10, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Review Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Out of 10 lets people find, add, rate, and review stores, apps, services, places, and other experiences using a 1 to 10 score. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, the activity on your account, and keeping your login details secure. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person, business, or organization.

4. User content

You keep ownership of reviews, photos, listing details, messages, and other content you submit. By submitting content, you give Out of 10 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, adapt, moderate, translate, and distribute that content in connection with the service.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit your content and that your content does not violate law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or these terms.

5. Reviews and ratings

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. You may not post fake reviews, reviews for businesses you have not used, reviews written by AI as if they were personal experience, or reviews exchanged for undisclosed payment, gifts, discounts, or other incentives.

Businesses may respond to reviews and report policy violations, but may not threaten, intimidate, or pressure users to remove honest reviews.

6. Prohibited uses

• Submit false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, hateful, obscene, or illegal content.
• Post private personal information about another person without permission.
• Manipulate scores, rankings, reviews, reports, badges, or search results.
• Create multiple accounts to evade moderation or inflate ratings.
• Scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Use the service to harass, threaten, scam, or impersonate anyone.

7. Listings and business information

Anyone may suggest a listing. We may edit, reject, merge, verify, or remove listings to improve accuracy, avoid duplicates, or enforce our policies. Business owners may request updates or claim a listing, but a claim does not guarantee removal of reviews.

8. Moderation

We may remove, restrict, label, or refuse content that violates these terms, our Review Guidelines, or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, repeated violations, or security risk.

9. No professional advice or endorsement

Scores, reviews, badges, listings, and other content are provided for general information. They are not professional advice and do not mean Out of 10 endorses, guarantees, or verifies every claim about a business.

10. Intellectual property

The Out of 10 name, logo, design, software, and platform materials belong to Out of 10 or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or use them without permission except as allowed by law.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, complete accuracy of listings or reviews, or any particular result from using the service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Out of 10 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will show a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
